[WHEN BASKETBALL INSPIRES EXHIBITION]

Freezing the victorious moment. This piece traces the course of the ball caressing the net of the basketball hoop after the final ring. Broken down into three stages, the use of acrylic glass reveals the fractions of a second of this action, of which we usually only hear the noise. The geometric shape of the ball is inspired by the pixels formed by the jerky slow-motion image.

This piece was displayed at the latest edition of When Basketball Inspires. An exhibition by Trajectoire Studio.
