RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your "right of withdrawal" and request the return of one or more items purchased within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery (the time at your disposal will be counted from the date of proof of delivery). The products to be returned must be handed over to the courier within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you informed us of your decision to return one or more products, and sent in a single shipment.
You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You may only return products that are unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and complete with all accessories and documentation supplied, including original warranties and instruction booklets, where applicable.
Any product returned that does not comply with this provision will not be refunded.To request a return, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org providing information on your order: order number, e-mail address used for the order and the reason for your return. Customer Services will be happy to clarify any doubts you may have about the procedure to follow.
Following the return request, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an assigned return number, which you must keep and place in a visible position inside the package you intend to return.
Once we receive the returned items, we will check the condition of the product. In the event that the return conditions are not met or the returned products are found to be damaged or used, we reserve the right not to accept the return. In this case, Customer Service will inform you of the outcome and invite you to collect your items, which are available for collection from our warehouses, by sending a courier of your choice and at your expense.
If the products comply with the return conditions, we will make the refund within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products. The amount will be equal to the value of the returned items plus the shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase (net of any extraordinary or non-standard shipping costs, which will not be refunded). The return shipping and related costs will not be refunded.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to purchase your order.
LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY - RETURNS FOR DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Pursuant to and for the purposes of European Directive 44/99/EC and articles 128 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers conformity defects of products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from their delivery.
Therefore, in the event of defects and/or non-conformity, you shall be entitled to have the product's conformity restored by repair or replacement, or to alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by Article 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. Any warranty shall not apply in the event of improper use of the Product or in any case not in accordance with the instructions/warnings provided by the Seller and/or the Owner, or reported in the reference illustrative documentation, tags or labels.
If you have received a damaged, non-compliant or defective product, you must report it within and no later than 2 (two) weeks of its discovery by email at email@example.com, with a brief description of the defect and/or non-conformity found, the order number and attaching photos of:
article received where the defect is clearly visible
the packaging where the labels are legible
Finally, we ask you to indicate in the email if you accepted the package with "control reserve" at the time of delivery and if it had any anomalies.Following receipt of the relative documentation, the Seller shall assess the defects and non-conformities reported by the Consumer and, after having carried out the qualitative checks necessary to verify the effective non-conformity of the Product, shall decide whether to authorise the replacement or the refund of the residual value of the Products. The authorisation to replace or reimburse the residual value of the Products shall in no way constitute recognition of defects or non-conformities, the existence of which must be ascertained subsequent to the return.REFUNDS
