How do I know my size?

You can find our sizing chart on each respective product page, right below the product name. Please refer to this or send us an email to info@waiting-for-ideas.com.

What courier providers do you use?

Depending on the country shipping. Waiting For Ideas uses: Colissimo and UPS.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

Depending where it is shipped. France will take up to 4 days. International will take up to 7 days. Please note, time may vary due to weather, customs, or any out of control variables.

Can I exchange or return an item?

We are happy to exchange any product that we stock for online store credit only. To exchange or return an item, please follow the instructions located on our Terms & Conditions page. We provide free return shipping for all domestic orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping.

Will sold out items be restocked?

No. We only do one production per collection.

If I just place an order, can I cancel it?

Unfortunately, Waiting For Ideas does not provide this service (for now).
